Ric Joyner

Ric Joyner, eflexgroup co-founder and co-CEO, left firm he co-founded in Madison, WI to start eflexgroup.com. He is the Founding President of the National Association of Professional Benefit Administrators that serves the niche TPA business, COBRA, Flex, HRAs, and HSAs. Joyner carries his insurance license, is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Group Benefit Associate, Certified Flexible Compensation Instructor (ECFC), board approved by ASPA to teach Cafeteria plan regulations. He holds a BS in Information Technology and is currently completing his MBA.

Ric also helped found the National Association of Professional Benefit Administrators (NAPBA.org) and serves as the current president. NAPBA is dedicated to training administrators in best practices. For more information on NAPBA go to ww.napba.org or eflexgroup.com

Tom Jacobs

Tom Jacobs, eflexgroup co-founder, co-CEO and General Counsel had a private law practice in employment law and insurance defense litigation before starting eflexgroup.com. He is a national lecturer on consumerism in health care and pre-tax employee benefits. He is a former Board member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), and a member of the NAPEO Legal Advisory Council. A co-founder of the National Association of Professional Benefits Administrators (NAPBA), Jacobs is current Chairman of the Wisconsin State Bar Association Insurance for Members Board. Jacobs' degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison include Juris Doctor, MBA, and BA.
