Madison--eflexgroup.com is pleased to announce the promotion of Ron Wagman to Vice President of Finance.
Wagman joined the eflexgroup.com nearly three years ago as an Accounting Assistant. "We initially brought Ron on board just to ‘help out’ with our day-to-day accounting needs, such as accounts payable. Since then, he has taken on increasing levels of responsibility and has essentially built our Accounting Department from the ground floor up," said Ric Joyner, Co-founder and President of eflexgroup.com. "Ron has provided insight, planning, and profitability forecasts for us. eflexgroup.com is pleased to have him, and his invaluable experience in our niche industry of third-party administration, on our team," he added.
As Vice President of Finance, Wagman will oversee the eflexgroup.com accounting and business operations, including financial reporting and forecasting. All accounting and business operations will report to Wagman, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Reporting, Auditing, Banking, Budgeting, and Cash Management. He is also a member of the strategic planning committee that will direct day-to-day operations of eflexgroup.com.

Wagman has more than 20 years of experience in accounting. Prior to joining eflexgroup.com, he spent 10 years with The KIRMIS Corporation in Hopkins Minnesota as Vice President of Operations. He also also served as the Chief Financial Officer at EBC (Employee Benefits Corporation) in Madison. Wagman holds an Associates Degree in Accounting from the Madison Business College.
Wagman is also an active member of the Verona community. He is a charter member of the Verona Area Girls Softball Association (VAGSA) and is very involved in youth sports with his two children. An avid downhill skier, you can usually find Wagman on the snowy slopes.
