Madison--eflexgroup.com is pleased to announce the promotion of Ryan Knautz to Convenience Card/Call Center Manager and Human Resources Liaison.
Knautz joined eflexgroup.com as a Claims Processor in January of 2003. Since that time, he has become an essential part of the company’s dramatic growth pushing for enhanced levels of customer service and automation. In addition to processing claims for flexible spending accounts, Knautz was on the ground floor of the company’s convenience card debit system.

As Convenience Card/Call Center Manager and Human Resources Liaison, Knautz will oversee debit administrators and processors to ensure corporate and customer expectations are met. In addition, he will spearhead the set up and operation of the new eflexgroup.com call center. He will also serve as primary liaison to the company’s human resources management firm.

In addition to his two years at eflexgroup.com, Knautz has nearly five years of experience in COBRA administration and four years in human resources. He holds a bachelor of science degree in business administration with an emphasis in human resources from the UW-Whitewater.
