(POPs), Flexible Spending accounts for Health, Dependant care and Individual premium expenses,
Health Reimbursement Arrangements, (HRAs), Health Spending Accounts (HSAs),
Transportation and other employee pre-tax benefits. Many of these benefits feature the eFlex
Convenience card, which is a MasterCard® that acts as a debit directly

Step 4 | Finally, complete these enrollment spreadsheets and forward them to eflexgroup.com. To set up an online enrollment for your employees,
these will need to be received by eflexgroup 10 days in advance of the open enrollment start date. If you have your employees use paper enrollment forms, simply enter the enrollment data onto the spreadsheet after the enrollment period had ended.
