Richard C. Joyner,
eflex co-founder and co-CEO, left a Madison, Wisconsin firm he founded in 1988 to start eflex. He is the founding President of the National Association of Professional Benefit Administrators (NAPBA) that serves the niche TPA business, COBRA, Flex, HRAs, and HSAs.
Joyner carries his insurance license, is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Group Benefit Associate, Certified Flexible Compensation Instructor (ECFC), and board approved by ASPA to teach Cafeteria plan regulations. He holds a BS in Information Technology and is currently completing his MBA.

J. Thomas Jacobs, JD MBA
eflex co-founder, co-CEO, and General Counsel, had a Madison, Wisconsin-based private law practice in employment law and insurance defense litigation before starting eflex. He is a national lecturer on consumerism in health care and pre-tax employee benefits. He is a former Board member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), and a member of the NAPEO Legal Advisory Council. A co-founder of the National Association of Professional Benefits Administrators (NAPBA), Jacobs is current Chairman of the Wisconsin State Bar Association Insurance for Members Board.
Jacobs' degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison include Juris Doctor, MBA, and BA.

Nancy Dantzman,
is the Vice President of Sales at eflex. Nancy began her career with Humana, Inc. and worked in various capacities there for 15 years. She then joined a cafeteria third party administrator and helped develop products and procedures. In 2002, Nancy joined eflex.
She is a national lecturer on consumerism in health care and pre-tax employee benefits. She also serves on the HIPAA Team, Compliance Team and COBRA Team.

Todd Martin,
is a shareholder in the Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c.'s employee benefits department and a member of the firm's tax, executive compensation, and employment law groups. He also chairs the firm's interdisciplinary insurance group. Todd serves as chair of the Insurance Law Committee of the State Bar of Wisconsin. He currently serves as general counsel to the National Fraternal Congress of America. Todd's professional affiliations include membership in the American Bar Association, the Association of Fraternal Benefit Council, the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Worldwide Employee Benefits Network, Madison Pension Council, and his chairmanship of the State Bar of Wisconsin Insurance Committee.
A management and finance graduate of Wisconsin Lutheran College (summa cum laude), Todd received his law degree (cum laude), from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
