"Again, eflexgroup.com has service that is second
to none. I never had one complaint with the way EFLEX handled
our plan....this is a first for any vendor of that has service
Borgelt....I have had many complaints about ADP's return time
on checks, this also includes checks returned to me. Calling
to get money back that is legally the employees is not good
practice...I myself have had to borrow from savings, waiting
for my dependant care check to arrive.
Eflex returns money (Direct Deposit or Check) within 2 to
4 days of receiving the paper work. Eflexgroup.com offers,
on-line services such as enrollment or services such as looking
to see if your claim was processed... etc.... They have been
the easiest flexible spending company to work with in my tenure.
I have worked with Flexben, SASSI, ADP Totalsource and Eflex.Eflex
understands the flexible spending plan business. They are
great at what they do.
Just like ADP understands payroll and HR and you are great
at what you do. Eflexgroup.com is a national company that
handles many PEO's, like ADP Totalsource...
I hope ADP will look into this potential opportunity for
both itself and it's clients...
