• Step 2: Choose type of Enrollment in accordance to your scenario
  

  Secure Internet/Online Enrollment: employer provides a list of eligible employees and chooses timeframe for employees to enroll online. This option requires 14 business days for set up. This option is available for FSA, Transit and HSA plans only.

  Spreadsheet Enrollment: employer enters enrollment data into an eflexgroup spreadsheet.

  Claims Auto-Download Spreadsheet: This option is specifically for groups who have an arrangement with their carrier and eflexgroup Enrollment Interface for Auto-Download.

  Paper Enrollment: $2 fee per enrollment (down-load enrollment form in Step 1)
